Taoist Yoga (Daoyin) Class
This class will teach the ancient methods of posture, breathe, stretching and qi "energy" flow along with how it relates to spirit. Taoist Yoga can free your body of blockages which lead to disease as well as detoxify your organs by utilizating special mind, body and spirit techniques.
Tuition: $15 /class
(please wear loose clothing and bring yoga mat)
