This Qigong form is good for improving qi flow, opening the meridians, circulating blood flow and generating internal power. It can help nourish the Three Treasures of life (Vitality (jing), Energy (qi) and Spirit (shen). Master Chen will discuss the internal qi movement and cultivation for health applications. This ancient exercise also helps strengthen the immune system, develop lower leg strength, improve balance, transform emotions and develop internal power.

"Taiji: Harnessing the True Power of Internal Martial Arts"
In Taiji practice, the practitioner uses the mind (or sprit) to direct the qi and the qi to direct the body movement. Motion arises from stillness (Wuji); Taiji is characterized by smooth flowing dance-like motion united with Qigong, concentration of the mind and the practical application of Gong Fu. Seeking stillness in motion and practicing with a high degree of concentration balances the inner and outer and the practitioner reaches into the stage of void: man united with heaven. In this seminar Master Chen will teach how to harness your internal power and explain the theories and methods behind Taiji applications. Detailed instruction on how to build explosive power (fajing) and application will be taught. Master Chen will also introduce push hands and the correct theory for practice.
